The caged bird sings with a fearful trill,
of things unknown but longed for still,
and his tune is heard on the distant hill,
for the caged bird sings of freedom.
At Beyond Morning, we have a number of core values that motivates all that we do. These values shape the way we engage with clients, the way we work and the services we will or will not provide.
Our hope is that every client we encounter understands that these values are a sincere peek into our heart and motivations.
It is important that those who engage with Beyond Morning understand that we respect the needs and beliefs of all people. No one is denied services based upon financial ability, faith, sexual orientation, gender, etc.
That said, our motivation for the work we do is that of faith based, Christian background, founded on the basis of this description of God:
“… the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”
2 Corinthians 1:3
We believe that God is the God off all comfort and offers it to all people. So as we write a life’s story or sit bedside with a terminal client, we do so without agenda or discrimination, motivated only by who we believe to God to be. We will share the Christian Gospel with those who ask, respect those who don’t and support both equally.
We ask that before disengaging with our services based upon this core belief, please allow us to have a conversation about how we can best serve you.
